A travel caregiver for your trip to Okayama and Kurashiki

• An interpreter or a family member who speaks Japanese must travel with you for the whole trip.
• Inquiries and planning must be in Japanese. Your interpreter, family, travel agency or hotel can contact us for you.
• Before the trip, please tell us (in Japanese) about the traveler's illnesses, medicines, allergies, how far they can walk, and the care they need.
• Please have travel insurance, and share its emergency contact with us.
• We do not book travel. Please arrange transport and hotels yourself or through a travel agency.

• Accompanying you while sightseeing and moving around (walking support, pushing a wheelchair, help with steps and stairs)
• Help with toilet, meals and bathing, and watching over you (bathing only if agreed in advance)
• Checking steps and toilets at your destinations beforehand (Okayama and Kurashiki area)
• A pointing sheet in English and Japanese, to check how you feel on the spot
• A printed photo album (A4, both sides) and a report in Japanese, free of charge

• From 25,200 yen per day, depending on the level of care needed. Example: 63,000 yen for a 2-day, 1-night trip (care level 2).
• Transport, hotel and ticket costs (including the caregiver's) are paid directly to your travel agency. We do not collect them. Small local costs such as the caregiver's meals are charged separately.
• Interpreter fees are not included.
